Scott Christensen

Scott has dedicated the past twenty years to helping clients align business strategy with technology solutions and developing enhanced organizational readiness and capability. His experience includes business process consulting with Fortune 500 companies around the world including technology strategy, planning and implementation. In 2000, Scott was part of the global ValueSAP initiative focused on helping existing SAP clients maximize value from their technology investment. The number one issue common to all ValueSAP clients centered around organizational capabilities. This represented a shift in Scott’s focus from pure technology consulting to helping his clients enable their organizational readiness and capabilities. He was an original member of the team responsible for creating and deploying effective service solutions around organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement and change management. His only regret is that he wasn’t aware of the Integral Strategy methodology back in those days.

Integral Strategy Network has built a powerful approach to address complex issues through shared action. We provide proven tools and processes for stakeholders to organize, align their efforts, and apply their collective intelligence to complex challenges.

As a partner in Integral Strategy Network, Scott is focused on customer satisfaction, business development and sales, and brand stewardship. His experience as a proven strategist and problem-solver with extensive experience and success in understanding organizational issues is evidence of Integral Strategy Network’s commitment to the organizations we work with.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is certified as a Professional Knowledge Manager and Knowledge Management Engineer from the Knowledge Management Consortium International, as well as a certified Professional Logistician in Supply Chain Management from the Logistics Institute.

Based in Calgary, Scott runs and skis with his dog, collects vintage Japanese motorcycles, enjoys live music of all types, and chasing his grandchildren around the yard.
