Richard Pauls, Partner
Richard has worked directly in economic development, specializing in market research, analysis and business information in Calgary and the region for over 27 years. As a partner at Integral Strategy, he brings deep experience in business systems design, community economic development strategy, technology planning and assessment, community assessment, and community mobilization and engagement to his clients.

He has extensive experience in economic and community development settings with the Integral Strategy methodology. He is particularly adept at organizing multiple stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives that, individually, often seem unattainable.

For several years, he worked as a volunteer advisor to the Alliance for Capitalizing on Change, an Alberta-based non-profit organization created to support individuals and organizations wishing to understand the emerging future and capitalize on change.
In his spare time, Richard volunteers at the Airdrie Food Bank.
